A guarantee as to the highest quality and safety of our French fries and pancakes entails close control over the production and quality processes.

FFP cooperates with many leading companies on both domestic and foreign markets as regards production supplements, packaging and services. Their high quality has been attested through the leading position they hold in the market following years of experience in this area.

Because of the nature of our activities, potato producers  constitute the largest  proportion of our suppliers. Of the 68 suppliers the company currently cooperates with, the largest is Farm Frites Poland Dwa Sp. z o. o. Three farms are managed by Dutch companies which have been cooperating with FFP since 1994. Of the Polish suppliers, seven have been supplying us with potatoes since the late 1990's.
21 of our suppliers have implemented the GLOBALGAP system, which is outlined in the GAP  (Good Agricultural Practice). This certificate is a guarantee of safe food production, e.g.: minimizing the use of fertilizers and pesticides. Approximately 80% of potatoes  which we are supplied with come from certified cultivation. The remaining potatoes producers comply with the standards set by FFP's Good Agricultural Practice FARMAAP.
We are, as always, open to cooperation with new potato suppliers.
